Alex specialises in, and is passionate about, all aspects of non-domestic rating, but has particular fondness for working with golf courses and retail premises — he recognises that these particular property classes are amongst those which can be amongst the more difficult to value correctly, and his expertise in these areas is invaluable.

In his spare time Alex enjoys taking walks with his partner and his Jack Russell – particularly if there is a public house or two along the route.  When unable to get in to the great outdoors Alex  enjoys cinema across a variety of genres and true crime documentaries.
